Empanaderia & Provincial Kitchen
A heritage home in San Pedro, Laguna where Filipino flavors meet French technique. Locally made fine foods, crafted the slow, old-fashioned way since 2018.
Our Story
Casa Luisa is named after Maria Luisa, mother of Chef Jen Gerodias, who built this vintage-style home in 2018 as a gathering place for family and friends. The two-storey structure is composed of reclaimed wood, with furniture, light fixtures, and tableware inherited through generations.
What started as a happy accident -- turning leftover French onion soup into an empanada filling -- became a beloved destination where every dish carries the warmth of home and the precision of French culinary training.
